White Horse Inn Policies:
Reservation and Cancellation
- Cancellations: To cancel or change your reservation we require 21 days notice prior to your arrival.
- Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends and a 3-night minimum night stay for holiday time periods.
- Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you will be arriving later than 8 p.m., please call ahead. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
- A no-show or early departure charge of a full room night will be charged for the reserved room.
- Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy; add $15 per person per night for additional persons in room. Rates do not include Vermont tax. Rates do include a full hot breakfast. All rates subject to change without notice.
- Children are welcome, only if quiet and well behaved, parents are requested to watch their children at the inn.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for damage to rooms or common areas.
- Reservation Requirements: A credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Final payment may be made with cash, check or credit card.
Smoking and Pet Policy
- There is NO SMOKING anywhere at the inn. A $250 cleaning fee will be imposed to return the room to the original condition.
- As much as we like them, sorry no pets.
However, we do have area services for boarding of your pet, please call in ADVANCE to your arrival to make all arrangements with that service. Lucky Dog Day Care 802-496-5944 and Mad River Veterinary Service 802-496-7272.
