Brenda & Todd Johnston, innkeepers of The White Horse Inn Bed and Breakfast Vermont invite you to experience four beautiful seasons in the Mad River Valley at our newly renovated inn.

Our renovations have included new carpeting, paint and furniture in all rooms, as well as new mattresses with a luxury comfort level. All of our bedrooms include private baths. We have 23 rooms for you to choose from, including two, two-room family suites with two baths.
Our Great Room has a beautiful fieldstone fireplace, a library of books and games to enjoy, along with 24-hour coffee and tea made fresh one cup at a time. The Recreation Room has a television for all guests and a pool table. In addition our entire inn has WIFI access.

The White Horse Inn is situated on six acres of land where guests can enjoy their early morning coffee or tea, and relax in our gazebo by the pond. Each morning you will enjoy a full hot breakfast in our 45-seat dining room.

For winter activities, we are conveniently located 500 yards to the entrance of Mt. Ellen (Sugarbush North), three miles to Mad River Glen, and just minutes to Ole's Cross Country Ski Center and Blueberry Lake Ski Center.

Summer brings art festivals, hiking, biking, kayaking and so much more to the Mad River Valley, and for "leaf peepers," we are just two miles off one of the most scenic drives on Route 100. Shopping abounds through the valley and our neighboring town of Stowe. We are 25 minutes from Ben and Jerry's, Cabot Cheese Annex Store and Cold Hollow Cider Mill.
